The information we collect about you is used to better deliver, improve and administer our website and for Aindale’s internal operations including, data analysis, website effectiveness and participation, testing, research, statistical and survey purposes, troubleshooting and to make suggestions and recommendations to you. We use non-identifying and aggregate information and we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify any individuals.

Additionally, the information required for you to provide under the online job application is for the purposes of the Company’s recruitment and selection processes. Therefore, you will be required to submit all details which the Company deems appropriate for the recruitment and selection stages of any job vacancy. For the purposes of future vacancies, the Company shall retain a copy of all unsuccessful individual’s application forms for up to 18 months. However, if you would not like the Company to store a copy of your application form, in order to be considered for future vacancies, please contact us for your details to be removed.
